Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You give me your CI, your content and your goals — I handle the rest. After the handover, I explain in a training session how you can operate the shop or website independently. It's designed so that even without a technical background everything is understandable.
What happens after the handover — am I on my own?
That's the goal: that you're independent afterwards. I hand everything over completely — access, documentation and a personal training session. For questions afterwards I'm of course still reachable. No retainer obligation, no lock-in.
How do we minimise financial risk?

How does collaboration work when everything is remote?
Exclusively via Zoom and asynchronously — this works very well in practice. We have regular brief updates, you can provide feedback via message or Zoom. No unnecessary travelling, no time lost. My previous clients come from different countries — it was never a problem.
