More revenue —
without more traffic.
More visitors isn't always the answer. Often the real potential sits inside your existing shop. With data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) we uncover where customers drop off — and fix it systematically.
Since I personally implement every project, I take on a maximum of 2–3 new requests per month.
Where revenue is currently being lost
Every extra percent of conversion is direct revenue.
Without a single additional visitor.
Why Shopify shops lose customers.
The most common causes we consistently see in audits.
Slow load times
Past three seconds of load time, more than half of visitors bounce — before they've even seen a product.
Unclear product descriptions
Missing size info, vague materials, unanswered purchase objections — uncertainty prevents the sale.
Complicated checkout
Every extra checkout step costs conversion. Unnecessary form fields are a common, easily fixable mistake.
Missing trust signals
No reviews, no trust badges, no clear return policy — uncertainty is one of the biggest conversion killers.
Data-driven,
not gut feeling.
We don't guess where customers drop off — we measure it and fix it systematically.
Our CRO process.
A continuous loop, not a one-off measure.
Analysis
Heatmaps, session recordings and analytics data show where the shop has untapped potential.
Hypotheses
From the data we derive concrete, prioritized optimization hypotheses.
Tests
Changes are tested in a controlled way before being rolled out permanently.
Evaluation & Rollout
Successful variants get implemented for good, and the loop starts again.
Optimization that's
actually provable.
No gut feeling — verifiable results.

What shop owners ask us most
about Shopify CRO.
What's a good conversion rate for Shopify?
2–3% is considered solid on average, and above 4% is very good. The typical benchmark depends heavily on product and price segment.
How long does CRO take?
First insights are usually available after 4 to 6 weeks. Conversion rate optimization is ideally an ongoing process, not a one-time project.
Do I need a lot of traffic for CRO?
From around 1,000 visitors per month, meaningful optimizations can already be derived. More traffic helps for statistically valid A/B tests.
What does Shopify CRO cost?
The effort depends on the audit's scope and ongoing support. After a short discovery call, you'll get a concrete quote.
