Tired of Shopware or Sonic?
Switch to Shopify.
Many shop owners are stuck in systems like Shopware or Sonic: every change needs a ticket, every small thing costs hourly rates, and development progress stalls completely. I move your shop to Shopify — in a clearly defined timeframe, no surprises.
Since I personally implement every project, I take on a maximum of 2–3 new requests per month.
The Difference in Numbers
Full control instead of ticket dependency.
After migration you handle everything yourself — no support request needed.
Where classic shop systems
cost time and money every day.
Systems like Shopware or Sonic are often well-built — but for shop owners who want to work independently and react quickly, they become a bottleneck fast.
Waiting time for every change
A new banner image, an updated product text, a changed delivery time — everything goes through a ticket system. Response comes days later, implementation even later.
Hourly billing for every small adjustment
Small layout change, new category text, an extra image format — with classic systems almost everything runs through external service providers on hourly rates. Costs add up quickly.
Barely any independence as a shop owner
The backend is complex, the interface is barely usable for non-technicians. Result: you're permanently dependent on your provider or a service provider — for tasks that should take minutes.
Poor extensibility as range and traffic grow
New features, additional sales channels, integrations with external tools — in proprietary systems this often requires significant development effort or simply isn't possible.
Full Control.
No Ticket.
Shopify isn't just another shop system — it's a platform that empowers shop owners to work independently. I migrate your shop completely and hand it over so you control everything from day one.

What I implement during migration.
From analysing your existing system to complete handover — everything from one source.
Four Steps to a Completed Migration.
No open end, no unclear effort. Planned from the start.
Free Initial Consultation & System Analysis
30 minutes via Zoom. I analyse your existing system, the data volume and the requirements for the new store — and you get an honest assessment of what the migration means.
Migration Plan & Concept
I create a concrete plan: what gets migrated, how the design looks, which apps are integrated, how the SEO transition works — with a fixed price and binding timeline.
Implementation — Migration, Design, Testing
I build the Shopify store, transfer all data, set up the design and all apps, and test everything thoroughly — before the store goes live. You'll be kept up to date regularly via Zoom.
Handover & Training
I hand everything over completely — access, documentation, personal introduction. You can manage and develop the store independently from then on. Without needing me long-term.

Every one personally managed.
No junior team. No outsourcing. I implement every migration myself — from the first analysis to complete handover.

What shop owners ask
most often about migration.
Will I lose my product data or customer data when switching?
No — data migration is a central part of every migration I carry out. Products, variants, categories, customer data and order history are transferred in a structured way. Before the new store goes live, we check together that all data has arrived completely and correctly.
What happens to my existing SEO ranking when switching platforms?
A platform switch carries SEO risks if not carefully planned. I create a complete redirect concept (301 forwards from all old URLs to the new Shopify URLs), secure meta data and page structure, and check after launch that Google indexes the new URLs correctly. This minimises ranking loss to a minimum.
How long does a migration from Shopware or Sonic to Shopify take?
That depends on the size of the range and the scope of features. For most shop owners the implementation time is 4–8 weeks. We discuss the exact timeline in the first call, after I've looked at your existing system — then there's a binding plan.
What does the switch cost compared to the ongoing costs of my current system?
Migration is a one-time investment with a fixed price — no open hourly calculation. What surprises many shop owners: when you add up the ongoing service provider costs for adjustments, support tickets and development on the old system, the switch often pays for itself within a few months. I'll give you the concrete price for your migration after the first call.
Do I need technical know-how after migration to maintain the store myself?
No — that's exactly one of the core advantages of Shopify. The Admin is built so that you can add products, edit texts, change prices and process orders without any technical background knowledge. I'll explain everything you need in the final training session.
Does the old store keep running while the new one is being built?
Yes. The Shopify store is built and tested in parallel while your old store runs normally. We plan the switchover moment — when the new store goes live and the old one is replaced — together so it has as little impact as possible on your ongoing operations. Downtime is reduced to a minimum.
